Potato gnocchi + shrimp + roasted broccoli = done in 30 minutes!
1-Marinate shrimp with garlic, olive oil, sea salt, ginger and fresh lemon for 30 minutes
2-Roast broccoli on sheet pan with olive oil and sea salt at 425 for 15-20 minutes
3-Cook gnocchi as per directions..this one I just cooked about 10 minutes on skillet with olive oil and sea salt and fresh garlic.
4-cook shrimp on skillet for about 4-5 minutes, ready when pink
5-add broccoli and gnocchi to the shrimp!
